This product is a premium eco-friendly self-leveling cement mortar formulated with special cement polymers. Manufactured with high-quality raw materials and exclusively developed formulation and processing technology, it delivers balanced outstanding performance indicators. It is specially engineered to meet the base construction requirements for thick-layer backfilling and thin precision levelling of various floors in residential renovation scenarios. Boasting superior performance and versatile applications, it features rapid levelling capability, accommodates both thin and thick application thicknesses, and has a short curing and drying time, which greatly shortens construction schedules. In addition, the finished layer resists moisture resurgence and mould growth effectively in later service.
基层准备 Substrate Preparation
基材必须是无空鼓的，无裂纹，干燥，清洁，不含会影响粘附性的材料。根据适用的标准测试基层后，对基层进行打磨，修补等处理，保证彻底清除松散起砂及破损表面。根据基材情况和铺装地板的类型和条件，选用合适的界面剂进行封底施工，干燥后可进行自流平水泥施工。
The substrate shall be sound without hollowing or cracks, dry, clean, and free of substances that impair adhesion. After testing the substrate in accordance with applicable standards, carry out grinding, repairing and other treatments to completely remove loose, sanding and damaged surfaces. Select a suitable primer for priming work based on substrate condition as well as the type and installation requirements of finished flooring. Self-leveling cement application can commence once the primer has dried.
自流平水泥施工 Self-Leveling Cement Application
·将5.5-5.75升冷净水放入干净的容器中。将袋装物(25Kg)倒入容器搅拌并混合至浓稠流体状态中并无团块状。使用专业自流平搅拌器，不要混合过稀。
Add 5.5-5.75 litres of clean cold water into a clean container. Pour the entire bag (25 kg) into the container and mix until a thick, lump-free fluid consistency is achieved. Use a professional self-levelling mixer; do not over-dilute the mixture.
·将混合好的自流平水泥倒在待施工的区域，用齿耙将材料均匀地铺在地面上，所需厚度根据施工需要调整。使用专用放气滚筒消除气泡。
Pour the mixed self-leveling cement onto the area to be constructed. Spread the material evenly over the floor surface using a notched rake, adjusting the applied thickness according to construction requirements. Use a dedicated spiked roller to release air bubbles.
·20°C固化时间约24-48小时。用吸尘器清洁表面，然后铺装地面材料。较差的空气流动和较低的温度将影响干燥时间。
Curing time is approximately 24–48 hours at 20°C. Vacuum-clean the surface prior to installing floor coverings. Poor air circulation and lower temperatures will extend drying time.
