NQ450 is a two component solvent-free epoxy primer and bonding agent. Designed for use with NafloR self-leveling underlayments and polishable overlays using the sand broadcast method, NQ450 quickly and effectively brings subfloors to an acceptable condition.
施工指导
混合方法:两组份总和在200克以内可手动搅匀，量多时必须用电搅拌2-3分钟左右，至体系达到均匀状态时方可加水调节粘度,否则会影响涂膜效果。
施工面涂务必使用全干的滚筒,湿滚筒容易造成起滚时发花。
A组份小桶不可用来装混合好涂料,否则漆膜会发粘。使用套装涂料直接混合时,桶内材料应用刮料板刮干净,以免混合比例不准。
如果B组份出现混浊或成蜡状，务必将B组份物料加热，直至透明为止,否则会出现漆膜发粘发黑等弊病。
Application
Mixing method: The total of two components can be stirred manually within 200 grams. Electic stiring must be used for about 2-3 minutes when the amount is large.Water can be added to adjust the viscosity until the system reaches a uniform state, otherwise the effect of the film wil be affected.
All dry drums must be used in construction surface painting. Wet drums easily cause whitening when roling.
Component A bucket should not be used for mixed coatings, otherwise the paint film will stick, When the coatings are directly mixed, scrapers should be used to scrape the materials inside the barrel, so as to avoid the loss of materials when mixing proportion is prohibited. If component B is cloudy or waxy,it is necessary to heat the material of component B unlit is transparent. Otherwise, the film will become sticky and black.
